Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 200 gramsFresh tuna (sashimi quality)
  2. 1 1/2 tbsp★Soy sauce
  3. 1 1/2 tbsp★Mirin
  4. 1 tbsp★Sake
  5. 1Kinshi tamago (finely shredded thin omelet)
  6. 700 gramsSushi rice
  7. 1Sweetened vinegar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Make the sushi rice. Cut the tuna up into easy to eat pieces, and marinate the ★ ingredients for about 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Put the sushi rice in a bowl, top with the marinated tuna, scatter nori seaweed, and put wasabi on the side.

    Optionally top with kinshi tamago (thinly shredded omelet). Use 1 egg per 2 servings.
