Ingredients

2 people
  • 100 gPork Loin
  • 500 mlWater
  • 1Lemongrass
  • Halfchicken stock cube
  • 1 tbsplight soy sauce
  • 1 tbspfish sauce
  • 1 tbspMaggi seasoning sauce
  • 1 tbspoyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbspsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice pork into small pieces (1cm x 1/2cm x 1/2cm)

  2. 2

    Pour water in a wide pan and bring to boil

  3. 3

    Slice lemongrass to 5cm lengths. Bruise to release oils

  4. 4

    Add lemongrass, stock cube, all sauces and sugar to the boiling water

  5. 5

    Add sliced pork to the pan

  6. 6

    Simmer and reduce until no liquid is left. Occasionally remove scum

  7. 7

    Remove lemongrass before serving on rice
