200 gmsmozirella cheese
As requiredWhite bread
as requiredOil or ghee for toasting
1/2white onion
1/4capsicum
1/2tomato
1/4 tspblack pepper powder
1/4 tspred chilli powder
1/4 tspsalt
Littleoregano, basil leaves, rosemary
As requiredthyme (all dry herbs)

Grate cheese in a bowl. Then add finely chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and all dry herbs.

Toast bread as usual.

Then apply this cheese mixture above the toast and flip it.

Remove it in few seconds and serve with coleslaw.
