I made this as a topping for my homemade corn soup today. I use some stale bread and I kept about 2 tbsp of sweet corn and make the croutons out of it.

2-3 portions

1stale bread, toasted and cut up into small dice
2 tbspsweet corn
1 clovegarlic, finely chopped
1 tbspcorn flour
1 pinchsalt and pepper
2 tbspolive oil
Dry herbs (optional)
Dry oregano
Dry parsley

Add some olive oil on a medium heat pan, add diced up bread, sweet corn and garlic. Keep stirring well. Turn to high heat for a few minutes to get the grill effect.

Seasoning with a pinch of salt and pepper, add some fry herb if prefer (I add some fry oregano and parsley)
