4 to 6 servings

1 kgChicken wings
1 tspSalt
1 tspBlack pepper
1 tspMustard paste
1/4 tspCinnamon powder
2 tbspSoya sauce
2 tbspVinegar
2 tbspChilli sauce
1 cupCornflour approximately

Marinate wings with all the spices and sauces for 2 hours

At the time of frying add in cornflour till coating is formed.

Deep fry in medium hot oil till golden and crispy for about 12 to 15 minutes.
