Cut all the ingredients and mix with baisan.

Mix all the ingredients dry first and then slowly slowly add water to make it wet and in the mean while put the wok on stove with oil to make it hot.

Once oil becomes hot, put the batter with your hands. Note : if you put with spion the shape will come too round and thick try with hand for bazar style shape.

Make it golden one side then turn with turner but keep an eye on that. Once other side also turn to golden, take it out in strainer. Note: don’t put directly on plate otherwise excess oil will make them soft. Just keep it on strainer for one min and then put in serving plate.

Serve your hot crunchy pakoras with your favorite sauce and garma garam chai. Enjoy😋
