Fried cous cous with vegetable and shredded beef stew

For the cous cous, put 3 tablespoon of olive oil and 1/2 a cup of diced onion in a put. Leave until hot. Pour the cous cous in the oil. Add 1tblspn of curry and a pinch of salt. Stir for 5 minutes non stop. Add 2 1/2 cup of water then stir. Close the pot and Lower the fire. Allow to cook for 7 minutes. Done

For the stew, 1/2 cup of olive oil, 1 1/2 of onions allow to heat, add mixture of tomato, serrano and Fresno pepper to the oil. Allow to cook for 15 minutes. Add shredded meat. Then add all the seasonings mentioned above. Allow to cook for 10 minutes. Add diced carrot and allow to cook for 3 minutes, add shredded cabbage and allow to cook for 5 minutes.
