Nice simple granola for breakfast or a snack. You can mix it with yoghurt, milk, seeds, fresh or dried fruit, and anything else you fancy!

Preheat the oven to 150°C

Pour all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix

Pour mixture into a large baking tray and smooth with a metal spoon or rubber spatula so it's flat and roughly 1-2cm thick

Cook for 20-25 minutes, giving it a small move around after 15 minutes

Leave to cool, then break up and store for up to a week
