Parmal chikki (Murmura chikki)

First roast the Parmal in a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes until it becomes crisp. Put out in a plate. Now grate the jaggery and place on the same pan and heat until it becomes melt. We can use little water around 1 tsp in melting process of jaggery.

When jaggery becomes melt add Parmal and mix together very well and grease the cake mould or any plate and place the mixture of jaggery and Parmal and set it with the help of small bowl for 4-5 min. And keep aside.

Now after 5 min cut in the shape you like and put in a air tight container for further use.

A beautiful crispy and crunchy Parmal chikki is ready for serve.
