  • 1 cupbasmati rice
  • as required mushrooms, thily sliced
  • 1onion, sliced cut
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 cuppeas, fresh green
  • 1buy leaf
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • as requiredcurry leaves
  • 1carrots sliced cut
  • 1cardamom stick
  • as per tastered chilli powder
  • 1 tsppav bhaji masala
  • 1coriander Powder
  • as per tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rice in water for 30 mins. add mushrooms to boiling water and cook them for 15 mins.

  2. 2

    Heavy bottom add oil and add, cumin seed,, bay leaf and curry leaves cardamom stick.

    Add onion and saute until they change color.

    Add carrot cook 10 minutes next add green peas,

    Cook 5 minutes next add pav bhaji masala red chilli powder coriander powder mix it well.

    Add 1/2 cups of water add salt add mushroom &rice in water Cook with 20 minutes.

  7. 7

    Your mushroom pulao is ready with curd raita.
