Cut the vegetables to cubes

Grind onion ginger garlic and tomatoes to a coarse paste

Heat pressure cooker. Pour oil.

Put cardomon and cumin powder. Add the paste and fry for five minutes in low flame

Add all the masala powders stir well. Add water and pressure cook for one whistle

Once the steam settles down remove the lid and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.

Sabji is ready to serve with hot rice or roti
