1/2 kgbajra flour
1/4 cupdahi
1 tspcrushed chillies
1 tspgreen chillies
To taste Salt
1 tspzeera powder
1/2 cupgreen lahsun
1medium tomato
Oil for frying

Take mince add bajra flour n other all ingredients..mix it well and make a small round shape kabab

Fry it on medium flame so it will cook probably

It's a safe side tip.....If ur kababs strts breaking in oil do add little more flour in batter
