French beans sabji

First clean and cut the French beans.

Wash nicely and strain.

In a kadhai add oil. When oil becomes hot add hing powder, mustard seeds, sesame seeds and curry leaves.

Then add French beans and saute for 8-10 mins.

Once it's nicely cooked add crushed garlic and saute for 2 mins.

Now add turmeric powder, Jeera powder, sugar, chilli powder,salt and mix well.

Then add roasted peanut powder and mix nicely. Add coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati or phulka.
