In a kadhai dry roast parmal

Prepare the tempering and pour it over the parmal and mix well. Take out the parmal into some other utensil

Breakdown your jaggery into small pieces

In a kadhai add ghee and jaggery.

Mix till jaggery melts. Keep stirring

You can test by adding little jaggery into water. It should solidify and doesn’t mix with water

One jaggery is melted and done you can see its colour will change slightly

Add the parmal and mix well

Turn off your heat and start forming your shape with hands. You can use water so that your hands dont burn. Here I’ve taken a plate and greased it

Spread the mixture evenly and let it set. After it is set. Cut into desired shape
