Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 cuppumpkin puree
  2. 4eggs
  3. 2 tbspbrown sugar, packed
  4. 1/4 tspground ginger
  5. 1 tspcinnamon
  6. 1/4 tspground nutmeg
  7. 1 tspvanilla extract
  8. 1 cupbutter
  9. 3/4 cupmilk
  10. 9-10 slicesTexas toast

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat skillet/griddle on medium heat, use butter or non-stick spray to keep from sticking

  2. 2

    Mix ingredients and dip bread, covering each slice completely

  3. 3

    Cook 2-3 minutes on each side

  4. 4

    Serve with butter, syrup and whipped topping - or however you prefer.
