  • Almonds crushed
  • Walnuts
  • Cashew nuts
  • Raisins
  • Flex seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Sunflower seeds/chia seeds
  • Blue berries
  • crane berries
  • Take all in little quantity, /according to need
  • Any fruits like bananas apples Strawberry
  • 1 tspHoney for sweet ness (optional)

    Grind the nuts coarsly and fill in a glass airtight jar and use when required

  2. 2

    Cook a packet of instant oats with milk, as written on packet usually takes 2_3mins.

  3. 3

    Take out in a bowl and add fruits of choice, I had, blueberry, cranesberries you can any fruits like banana, strawberries, apples.

  4. 4

    Then add dry fruits crushed

  5. 5

    Add seeds and mix

  6. 6

    If you like add honey or brown sugar for sweet ness.

  7. 7

    A power pack breakfast is ready.Can have boiled egg with it.
