Soak cashews and poppy seeds for 15mins then grind into a paste.

Boil water and little salt then put washed methi leaves for 2 mins then dip into ice cold water

Heat butter and oil in a pan then add cumin seeds and chilli ginger paste.Cook it.

Add cashew paste and cook then add roasted gram flour to it and mix well

Then add milk to it and mix well

Add 1/2 cup water and mix well then add cream to it.

Then add salt garam masala, dry mango powder to it.If you wish add sugar too.*

Then add methi and peas to it.Cover and cook for 5-7 mins.

Transfer and enjoy with paratha naam or kulcha.
