2 lbchicken thighs
1/2 lbsmoked sausage
2garlic cloves, minced
29 ozcanned tomatoes
1yellow onion, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 cupschicken broth
2sweet potatoes, chopped
Chopped chives for garnish

Grease pressure cooker with cooking spray

Add all ingredients except for the chives and mix well

Seal the lid and select Manual at High pressure for 20 minutes

When ready, release the pressure quickly.

Serve topped with chives
