Ik bowl me oil le kar lehsan adrak paste dalen phir usme tikka boti masala add karen.

Phir usme salt,dahi, meat tenderizer powder, soy sauce, sirka aur chilli sauce add kar k paste banaye. Ab us paste ko beef k parchon me achi tarha mila kar 24 hrs k liye rakh dein

After marination isay pateelay me dal kar boil karen ta k gosht gal jaye.

Phir isay room temp par thanda kar k freeze b kar sakte hain. apne hisab se jab dil karein nikal k fry karlen.
