Creamy Chicken and Noodles

I was making creamy chicken and biscuits for dinner. My kids didn't want the biscuits so they decided to change my recipe. They used 8 oz of noodles from a package of hamburger helper. The recipe listed below is from my chicken and biscuits recipe minus the biscuits.

This soup.is a labor of love for me, it takes a bit of time to make, but is really very simple and the results are unbeatable. This soup is a family favorite. I often make it without the added cream for a more classic chicken noodle soup. This soup today is dedicated to my beautiful daughter who requested it!

About this time of year i get the inevitable text while at work that my bf or gf need me to make "sick person" soup. This is my go to for a cheat "i dont have time to make stock" soup. Its silky and packs a flavour punch that will cut through your winter cold.NOTE! This makes a lot of soup and will thicken quite a bit once chilled, like a stew.

Yummy and comforting, this is an easy recipe for creamy chicken noodle soup. Perfect for when the weather starts to cool down or when someone's sick. I use chicken that I cook in the slow cooker, then shred, but rotisserie chicken would work fine as well. Feel free to leave out the flour and cream for a classic (non-creamy) chicken noodle soup and increase the broth amount to 8 cups.

This meal is nice and very easy to prepare. I generally like to make my own gravy (with chicken stock), but the aim here again, and like Frank Sinatra sings … “nice-‘n-easy does it, every time.”

Got a recipe like this from a friend and I have made t my own by adding and taking away a few ingredients.

I am sick and I didn't feel like traditional chicken noodle soup so I created this! I substituted cabbage for the noodles to add the vitamins I clearly need and potatoes so I'd feel full. Perfect food for fighting a cold. Enjoy!! :)

Was inspired by Paprika chicken dish but since I'm not a big fun of cheese, I came up with this recipe to replace cheesy stuff...besides taste even better.

My children call this belly hurt soup. Great for days when it's cold or someone is sick. This is a big recipe.

I made this dish with some leftover summer squash and zucchini from my friends garden and some leftover chicken breasts. Even my family loved it 😊

I found a recipe for home made noodles on here which you can find under my favorites and had some chicken drumsticks I needed to cook so this is what I came up with.

made this last night, turned out really well. Easy to eat, not to heavy or overly creamy. just Right!
