Creamy chicken and noodles
I was making creamy chicken and biscuits for dinner. My kids didn't want the biscuits so they decided to change my recipe. They used 8 oz of noodles from a package of hamburger helper. The recipe listed below is from my chicken and biscuits recipe minus the biscuits.

I was making creamy chicken and biscuits for dinner. My kids didn't want the biscuits so they decided to change my recipe. They used 8 oz of noodles from a package of hamburger helper. The recipe listed below is from my chicken and biscuits recipe minus the biscuits.
Cooking Instructions

Boil chicken in a pot of water until cooked all the way through.

Allow chicken to cool, and shred in the pot.

Preheat oven to 350
- 4
Add soups, sour cream, and milk to the chicken and allow to simmer. I use a can from the soups to measure out the 2 cans.

Add pasta to hot water and boil until it's the consistency you prefer 8 to 10 minutes

Place pasta into a casserole dish

Pour chicken, soup, sour cream and milk over the noodles and mix well.

Spread shredded cheese over noodles

Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes

I use chicken that I cook in the slow cooker, then shred, but rotisserie chicken would work fine as well. Feel free to leave out the flour and cream for a classic (non-creamy) chicken noodle soup and increase the broth amount to 8 cups.

Its silky and packs a flavour punch that will cut through your winter cold.NOTE! This makes a lot of soup and will thicken quite a bit once chilled, like a stew.
