Wash the vegetables and cut it in to cubes or big size.Cottage cheese.Boil the cauliflower and potatoes cubes till 80% cooked.

Now for marination,take a bowl add curd,and further add all the ingredients mentioned above in marinate section.

Now add all the veggies in the marination and coat it well,for cottage cheese,marinate it carefully.Then cover it and keep it aside for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Now arrange all these veggies on a screwer and cook them on the barbeque till they get roasted from all sides.During roast,apply butter on them,this will give a smoky flavour,tandoori effect.
