Ingredients

2-3 people
  • 2Radish (Mooli): Medium- Roughly Chopped
  • 1-1.5 tbspSalt
  • 4-5Green Chillies: Finely Chopped
  • HandfulFresh Mint Leaves or 1 tsp: Dry Mint Powder
  • 2/3 CupHung Curd (That’s-Without Water)
  • 1 Cupor 10-12 Fresh Walnuts: Soaked in Water (RT) for 1 hr
  • 1/8 tspor A pinch of Sugar: Optional
  • Garnish: Your Way

    Take a mortar-pestle or an electric chopper/blender: Add in the aforementioned ingredients- But the curd now, pulse it a few times, ensuring just not to make a smooth paste at all

    It need be absolutely a coarse & chewy & a little chunky mixture yet smooth enough...Transfer it to a serving platter...
