Maitake Broth - Good For Easy Weight Loss

Comedians have lost 10 kilos by eating maitake mushrooms! This is a worry-free dinner. They contain the weight loss components maitake D & X cells and have effects such as lowering cholesterol, neutral fat, blood pressure and blood sugar. They contain twice the amount of insoluble dietary fibre as burdock roots, and aid in constipation! Mushroom chitosan helps in losing weight around your belly. Maitake mushrooms are amazing.
In order to achieve weight loss results, aim to eat about 50 g of maitake mushrooms per day. Because the weight loss components are water-soluble and are extracted when heated, I would recommend using them in takikomi-gohan (rice cooked with other ingredients), miso soup, etc. However, because the enzyme that enables fat decomposition breaks down at around 80C, it's most effective if heated over low heat. Cooking Instructions
- 1
Add 200 ml of water and the maitake mushrooms to a pot, and simmer over low heat to extract the weight loss components of the mushrooms. Heating the maitake mushrooms at low heat provides the maximum level of effectiveness for weight loss and extracts the best flavor from them.
- 2
Placed the ✿ ingredients marked with in a bowl.
- 3
Pour in the simmered maitake soup to finish. Break apart the umeboshi salt cured plum, and enjoy. If you find that the flavour isn't strong enough, add some dashi stock or soy sauce to adjust the seasoning.
- 4
Adding miso or tofu (100 ml) instead of the umeboshi salt cured plum is also delicious. You could even add more low-calorie mushrooms to make it more filling.
- 5
Maitake mushrooms contain many of a protease called maitake protease , so cooking or consuming these with meat, fish, eggs etc. is beneficial.

Vegetable Broth for Maak Kook Soo Vegetable Broth for Maak Kook Soo
Today for lunch we will have Maak Kook Soo, a Koran style noodles. It is the most simple, popular and inexpensive meal in Korea. Koreans would have this noodle soup when they needed to grab a quick bite to eat, or when they just simply didn’t want to spend too much for a meal. In Korea, dried fish ( myoroochi) would be added to the broth also. All it needed was a good broth, noodles and some kimchi. It took no time to have it ready. You could walk in to a noodle place, called out your order, and by the time you sat down, reached for the chopsticks, a steaming hot bowl of noodles with some green onion and some julienned stir fried squash would be right in front of you. Of course it would take a little longer during rush hour-lunch time. 2choi -

Easy Homemade Ramen Broth Easy Homemade Ramen Broth
Making that magical-mystical ramen broth of your Tampopo dreams at home is a fairly long and involved process of coaxing richness, flavor and texture from lots of ingredients including but not limited to the kinds of meat scraps and bones you're probably not likely to have on hand most days. But that doesn't mean you can't make a really good (and easy) ramen broth at home with whatever stock you've got on hand and some fairly accessible aromatic components. The minimum you'll need is stock, onion, garlic, ginger, carrot, celery, and soy sauce. And that'll do a plenty good job of making your basic homemade version of that basic so-called "Oriental" instant ramen broth. (We don't really use that word here in the US so much anymore, but many Asian ramen manufacturers still use it so I'm using it for familiar reference. ;) )See Step 7 for other nice-to-have additions to the broth. x -

Soy Sauce Broth Ramen Soy Sauce Broth Ramen
It's been 4 years since I started making homemade ramen as a hobby. Recently, I've finally been able to come close to my ideal flavors, so I uploaded the recipe here as a note to myself. The noodles here are low in moisture and very hard. I think they would be very hard to roll out without a pasta machine or noodle-making machine. If you are going to roll them out by hand, add 100 to 200 g of water to the amounts given. That is the ratio I used to use when I used to roll my noodles out by hand. Recipe by Homard Ebiko cookpad.japan -
