2Karele
4 tbspOil
as per tasteSalt
1/2 tspHaldi powder
1 tspRed chilli powder

Wash peel and cut the karele into thin small pieces.

Take oil into the pan then put these cut pieces and stir until it's half done then add salt red chilli powder and haldi powder.

Cook for sometime keep stirring. It's ready... Have it with roti.
