Walnut halwa
Steps
- 1
Arrange all ingredients as shown in pics.
- 2
We need to prepare a mixture so for that we need a bowl then add in milk powder and 100 ml milk and mix it using a hand beater and make it like a paste.
- 3
Now to make walnut halwa in a kadhai, add in 1/4th cup ghee and let it heat.
- 4
Now take 1 cup of walnut and crush it in a chilli cutter so that it becomes in a coarse powder form.
- 5
Then add 1 cup of crushed walnut to the kadhai and then add 1 cup of coarsely crushed cashew to the kadhai. Then let it roast on low flame till it becomes golden in colour.
- 6
Then add in the milk powder paste and mix it well and stir it continously so that it does not stick to kadhai.
- 7
Then add in half a cup of sugar NOTE:- ADD THE SUGAR WHEN THE MIXTURE LEAVES GHEE. Then mix all the things well. Your halwa is ready when the mixture leaves ghee on its sides after adding sugar.
- 8
Now your walnut halwa is ready to serve. ENJOYY!!
