Tomato methi dosa

Wash and soak rice, methi and urad dal for 6 hours

Cut tomatoes each ok into 4 then grind along with rice, jeera, ginger and salt

Allowed the batter to fermentation for 5 to 6 hours. Add chopped methi, half teaspoon of jeera, half teaspoon of red chilli powder and add little amount of salt.

Heat the tawa and spread this better as dosa brush some oil.
