Prep the ingredients. This is all you need!

Add the ● marked ingredients in a bowl and combine with a whisk.

Then add the ◇ marked ingredients in order from the top and combine until smooth.

Preheat the oven to 180℃. Brush the Madeleine pan with the melted butter.

Bake for 18~20 minutes and done.

The brown ones in the picture are the chocolate version. Sprinkle any topping before baking if you like.
