Ingredients

15 minutes prep
4 -10" pizzas
  • 371 gwater-You DO have a gram scale, don't you? :)
  • 335g, (12 oz) can Tomato Paste
  • 2 tspFreeze Dried Basil (2/3 tsp dried)
  • 2 tspFreeze Dried Oregano (2/3 tsp dried)
  • 1/4 tspFennel seed
  • 1/4 tspdried crushed Rosemary
  • 1/4 tspKosher Salt
  • 1/2 tspWhite Sugar

Steps

15 minutes prep
  1. 1

    Measure out all ingredients.

    Mix well and pour into 4 containers, about 172g each. I used fresh oyster containers.

    Put into the freezer and thaw for several hours before using.

Retired at age 55 and enjoying the mountains. I'm now 72, married for 50 years. :) I love to cook but I don't care if ingredients are Organic nor GMO, Gluten-free, low calorie, or low Cholesterol! And Never use low/no-Fat as I enjoy good food. I never take procedural pictures as most cooks know how to boil water and stir sauces.
