Ingredients

  • 1 bowlwheat dough
  • to taste salt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 bowlmethi leaves
  • As neededghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Collect all ingredients.

    Wash the fenugreek leaves and drain whole water and chop them in a bowl.mix all spices.

    Make a ball from dough and using rolling pin flatten them and make a small chapati.put methi stuffing in this and roll it to make paratha.

    Heat a tawa and place this paratha on tawa and cook both sides.

    Now ready to eat witu curd
