Easy Ground Pork Soboro in 5 Minutes

I have always loved my grandmother's pork soboro and have gotten so used to that flavor since childhood. So now I make my family's soboro seasoned in the same way.
It's perfect for bentos!

It's best to add the flavoring ingredients before the ground meat has been completely cooked!
If you cook for too long, the meat will toughen, so be careful.
Since there is also egg added in, the flavor is on the thick side. Recipe by Ryonchi

Ingredients

  1. 400 gramsGround pork
  2. 2Eggs
  3. 4 tbspSugar
  4. 3 tbspSoy sauce
  5. 1 tbspVegetable oil

Steps

    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the ground pork.

  2. 2

    Once it becomes crumbly, add the sugar and soy sauce and mix together well.

  3. 3

    Add the beaten eggs and mix together so that the meat is coated thoroughly. Cook until the liquid evaporates and then it's done.
