Quick Gobhi Fry
Wanted a quick sabji for roti tried it.
Steps

Boil cauliflower florets in hot water by adding little Turmeric powder. Remove it from the pan.

In a pan add oil when it is hot add onion and saute for a few minutes till it becomes soft.

Add the grinded paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt. Saute for a few minutes.

Add the cauliflower florets, mix well and saute for a few minutes.
- 5
Finally garnish with Coarinder leaves.
