1/2 cuprice
1 cupwater
1Red pepper
Halfwhite onion
1/4 tspchilli flakes
1/4 tspcumin
1/2 tspturmeric
1/4 tsppaprika
1chicken stock cube

Dice up red pepper and onion and put into pan with oil. Fry until soft.

Then add all spices into pan and fry until fragrant. But don't burn.

Dissolve stock in 1 cup of hot water then add into pan with rice. Bring to boil then turn down heat to simmer and cover till rice is soft and no water left. Enjoy!
