  • 1onion
  • 1green chilli
  • leavesLittle Coriander
  • to taste Salt
  • 1tsp.Anardana powder
  • as requiredKneaded dough
  • as requiredDesi ghee

  1. 1

    Firstly,mash the leftover aloo methi mixture

    Now take one chopped onion,Coriander leaves,green chilli,salt and anardana powder add to aloo methi mixture.Stuffing is ready

    Roll two small chappati add little stuffing to one chappati and close it with another layer of chappati roll it to make parantha

    Now shallow fry on a hot tawa,apply Desi ghee on both sides to make crispy and crunchy parantha.serve hot with Desi ghee or butter on top
