Methi gobhi paneer burji

Heat the kadai, add ghee, jeera seeds, onion, green chilli, ginger garlic paste add one by one and fry them.

Add tomato and mix and cook them.

Add methi Leaves and mix nicely.

Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix. Add coriander powder, jeera powder and garam masala. Mix well.

Add grated gobhi and mix.ounce gobhi cooked add grated paneer and quick mix. If you want coriander leaves. Burji is ready.

Serve with dosa or chapathi.
