Take a pan add 3 tbsp oil,1 tbsp mustard seed, curry leaves, hing and allspice, ginger garlic, and chili paste, and add 5 to 8 cups water.

Take 2 cups of rice, ginger garlic, and chili paste 1/2 spoon, salt to taste, turmeric, dhania jeera, and chili powder chana flour 1 and 1/2 cup.

Put some water and mix, make small balls and add into boiling water.

Add into boiling water and cook for 20 mins.

Ready to eat very delicious rasiya muthiya.
