Multigrain Methi Masala Thepla

In a bowl, add flour, besan, turmeric, red chilli, cumin-coriander powder, asafeotida and salt and mix well.

Now add fenugreek and coriander leaves, dahi, ginger-garlic-chilli paste and oil and mix well.

Add some water and knead the soft dough. Add some oil and knead again till it absorbs the oil completely. Cover it and set aside for 20-30 minutes.

Divide the prepared dough into an equal portions (lemon size balls). Roll it into a thin round chapatis. One by one roll all the theplas.

Now switch on the gas, roast the thepla on the tawa by applying oil on the side till it turns golden brown and spots begin to appear on both sides.

Your methi masala thepla is ready to serve. Serve hot with your favorite chutney, pickle or dahi.
