Will make hang curd for that I am talking one glass bowl on that will place stammer and pour curd to it

Will keep theses aside for 2to 3 hours and our hang curd is ready

Will cut panner in cubes

We had diced all bell pepper and panner in big pieces

Will roast besan....for that in pan take oil and as it get heat up at besan and roast at low flame for 4 min....stir it continuously

NOW WILL PREPARE MARINATE-

Will take hand curd in bowl

Add roasted besan to it

Add 1 to 2 tsp jain shezwan chutney

Half tsp red chilli powder and 1/4 tsp haldi

1/2 tsp garam masala and salt as per taste

Will add1/2 tsp soap powder

And will it very well a think paste will be prepare

Now let's add panner cube

Now add bell pepper and mix all well

Now take stick or srewer and insert one by one panner and bell pepper cubes

Now will grilling pan. Will butter or oil

And place these panner tikka to cook flip all side till it cook from all side

Now Will give tandoori look and flavor to it

Now will hold the stick from both end and will roast on direct flame

And our tandori panner tikka ready serve it with green chutney
