In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and oil. Mix well.

Wash fenugreek leaves with salt. Add these to the above flour.

Now adding water make a very soft dough. Let it rest for an hour.

Take a small ball and roll it using a rolling pin. These should be thinner than normal rotis.

Fry them on tawa using oil. Do not over-fry them.

Keep them on top of the other so that they stay soft.

Enjoy these with green chilli pickle and curd.
