Ingredients

35-45 minutes
2-3 persons
  • Pizza Dough
  • 3 cupsFlour
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tbspSugar
  • 1 1/2 tspYeast
  • 1/4 cupOlive oil
  • Water (lukewarm) as required
  • Filling
  • 1 cupMozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cupParmesan cheese (optional)
  • Topping
  • 1/2 cupPizza sauce
  • 1/4 cupTartar sauce
  • 1 1/2 cupMozzarella cheese
  • 2 sliceCheddar cheese
  • 1 cupMushroom
  • 3 tbspSweet corn
  • 2 tbspOlive
  • 2 tbspCapsicum
  • 2 tbspJalapenos (chopped)
  • 1/4 tspOregano
  • 1/4 tspRed chilli flakes

Steps

35-45 minutes
  1. 1

    Knead a soft dough and keep at warm place to get rise.

  2. 2

    Divide the pizza dough into two balls. Spread one ball into a thin sheet in the pizza pan and spread mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.

  3. 3

    Now roll the other ball flate and put it over previous one. Stick the all side carefully.

  4. 4

    Top the pizza with pizza sauce, tartar sauce and all veggies.

  5. 5

    Cover it with mozzarella cheese and small pieces of cheddar cheese.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle oregano and red chilli flakes.

  7. 7

    Bake at 180 °C for 40-45 minutes.
