First wash and grate as well as chop fenugreek and lauki

Add wheat flour in a wide vessel add the chopped vegetables add other spices and oil bind a semi-soft dough by adding very less quantity of water.

Now rest the dough for about 15 minutes and then roll the theplas into medium thin and roast them by adding oil like how we roast paratha in the tawa

Do serve them in your breakfast or meal with dry potato bhaji and well known pickle called Goud keri a spice sweet pickle or chunda😋 Most of the time this is our traveling food carried out during outing or picnic 😊
