Easy Chocolate Crunch for Valentine's Day

I wanted to make chocolate crunch, which I love.
There's nothing to it really. They will harden at room temperature in a cold room in winter. It's easier to clean up later if you use a silicon heatproof container to melt the chocolate. Recipe by cookyuki

Steps
- 1
Break the chocolate bar, put it in a heatproof container and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Mix with a spoon. Any bits that are still left will melt when mixed.
- 2
Add matcha here and mix it in for the matcha crunch.
- 3
Add the cornflakes and mix so everything is coated evenly with the chocolate.
- 4
Use two spoons to drop portions of the mixture onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
- 5
Let them chill in the fridge and you're done.
