Steps

Take everything in a bowl..add water little by little and form a thick batter. Cover and keep it to rest for 15-20 minutes.

Heat oil in a kadai do not overheat it, drop dollops of batter in the oil but don't overcrowd it...

Turn it and fry till it becomes golden brown in color. Sprinkle black rock salt and serve it with Murai/ Muri / puffed rice and a cup of hot tea.
