I really love fish roll. The crunchiness is something I specially love.
I took the other tiny one to taste even before bringing them out of the oven😂.
The big problem here is that i only measured the flour, the others i use eye service😶

I really love fish roll. The crunchiness is something I specially love.
I took the other tiny one to taste even before bringing them out of the oven😂.
The big problem here is that i only measured the flour, the others i use eye service😶
Steps

Mix dry ingredients together, add in the butter to the flour and mix very fast (the butter shouldnt get back to room temperature please). Add in the iced water and mix. No need to knead. Just make sure it get mixed not kneaded. Wrap and but into fridge for 1hr.

For the filling; cook fish together with seasoning, onions and spices. Crumble fish, add in oil and blended mix; adjust seasoning if necessary.

Do not knead the dough when you bring it out, just cut and roll out. Add in seasoning, then add to a lined baking pan. I brushed it with butter.

Bake in a preheated oven. Serve with tea or chilled drink.
