Steps

First wash and blanch the palak leaves. Add chopped tomato with it while cooking.

When it's cooked strain and make a smooth puree in a mixer and strain again.

Now in a pan add butter. When it's hot add bay leaf and saute for few seconds.

Then add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 mins.

Now add wheat flour and cornflour and roast nicely on low flame.

Then add palak puree and mix well.

Now add sugar, Salt and pepper powder.mix well.

Now add red chilli powder and Garam masala and mix nicely.

Add hot water as required and let the soup come to boil on low flame until thick in consistency.

Turn off the flame and serve hot.
