Steps

Take a large kneading bowl, add wheat flour and chickpea SW (Besan) flour.

Add cumin seeds and salt as per taste.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cumin-coriander powder.

Add white sesame seeds and ginger, garlic chilli paste.

Add chopped fenugreek leaves (Methi).

Add curd and oil. Knead the dough with water as required.let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes.

Roll out 2inch balls.

Using a rolling pin roll into a chapati structure, round and not too think not too thin.

Set a pan on medium flame and apply oil on both the sides of thepla, cook until you observe some bubble and brown spots.

Thepla is ready, serve hot with curd, tea, chutney, pickle, tomato ketchup etc.

You can save this up to 5-7 days. They'll remain fresh. A perfect recipe for snacks during a trip.
