Ingredients

  1. 2debone breast
  2. 2eggs
  3. pinchsalt
  4. pincha black pepper
  5. 2 cupsflour
  6. 2 cupbreadcrumbs
  7. 2chicken, 2 BBQ and 2 wonstersorce spice
  8. 1 teaspoondry coriander and 1 tsp dry parsley
  9. tenderize hammer
  10. 4 sliceham
  11. 1handful of washed spinach
  12. cheese

    Take 2 pieces of your chicken cut them in the middle let them not separate then hit them flat with a roller or a tenderize hammer. put pinc of a salt and pepper both sides

  2. 2

    Then put 2 slice of ham on each chicken, then spinach and cheese. Roll them and clip them with tooth pic or use a string.

  3. 3

    Once done set aside on a fridge, the spice your flour, eggs and breadcrumbs. whisk your eggs. then take out your stuffed meat.

    Take your chicken dip it on your flour then eggs then flour and egg again then lastly on breadcrumbs. repeat the same routine with the second piece. and set aside. take your pan and hit oil the fry your chicken with high hit oil to log in the moisture onthe inside and it will help your meat not to get dry, but dnt burn it.

    Once its cooked set aside to cool and cut it. dein decorate your place as you want it. you can mix your Olive oil with fresh chopped parsley for garnishing. Bon Appetit
