Add ghee if you want to eat right that time.if you want to keep to preserve donot add ghee. Please

Now first boil sewiyan in water and add cardamom powder pinch only and saffron strings 3 to 4.let stir for 5 minutes

When it look sewiyan are softened then add hot milk.just take one boil and cook for 10 minutes only at low medium flame.on another side take a pan put 1/3cup water and add small pieces of jaggery.when it melt away just add in the end and take a final boil

Serve by garnishing chopped nuts and enjoy so yumm sewiyan
