Ingredients

20 minutes
5 servings
  1. 1 cupwater
  2. 1 cupthin sewiyan indian grocery store brought
  3. 2 cupshot milk
  4. Cardamom powder pinch optional
  5. Halfcup jaggery
  6. Chopped nuts optional
  7. Kesar or saffron strings
  8. 1 tbspghee optional

    Add ghee if you want to eat right that time.if you want to keep to preserve donot add ghee. Please

  2. 2

    Now first boil sewiyan in water and add cardamom powder pinch only and saffron strings 3 to 4.let stir for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    When it look sewiyan are softened then add hot milk.just take one boil and cook for 10 minutes only at low medium flame.on another side take a pan put 1/3cup water and add small pieces of jaggery.when it melt away just add in the end and take a final boil

  4. 4

    Serve by garnishing chopped nuts and enjoy so yumm sewiyan
