Blanch the spinach by dipping it in boiling water for 10mins and then transferring it to cold water.

After 10mins, grind the palak and green chillies to a fine paste.

Now heat oil and add some cumin seeds and onions. Let it saute till onions are transulent.

Now add potatoes and let them cool nicely

Now add all the spices and salt and let them bind together with the potatoes and onions.

Now add the curd or fresh cream. This step is very important as it will help our dish to get the creamy texture.

Next, add the palak chilli paste and let them cook nicely.

Finally add some kasuri methi and serve hot with Jeera rice or parathas.
