Cut the garlic chives and glass noodles into 3-5cm lengths. Mix these with the * ingredients. Using your hands, break the bean sprouts into crispy bites and add them.

Fill a spring roll wrappers with the mixture from Step 1. Fry in a good amount of oil until they are nice and crispy.
